A day dedicated to celebrating the invaluable contributions of educators was marked with unfeigned gratitude and celebration at SFS Academy on September 5, 2023. Rev. Dr. Jose P Kannanaikal, MSFS, Dean of Studies and a Professor of Philosophy at Suvidya College, Bangalore, presided over the function as the Chief Guest.

A special celebration unfolded where the students poured their hearts out through a beautiful poem, skit and dance. The marching band of the school also put forth an extraordinary performance during the cake-cutting ceremony. The Chief Guest, in his address, laid emphasis on fostering humanity in students as it is the building block for a humane and ethically responsible society. After the formal programme, the celebrations continued on the ground where the students organised exciting games for the staff. The day concluded with a grand lunch at SFS High School, for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the SFS Group of Institutions, Hebbagodi.
