SFS Academy celebrated International Yoga Day on June 27, 2026. The
teachers from the Department of Physical Education facilitated a special yoga
session for the students of Grades VI to VIII to promote the importance of
physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.
Students actively participated in various yoga asanas and breathing exercises
under the guidance of the PE teachers. The session highlighted the benefits of
regular yoga practice, including improved flexibility, concentration, and overall
wellness.
The programme concluded successfully, encouraging students to incorporate
yoga into their daily lives for a healthier and more balanced future.
